How do I sign up for Sip membership?

What are the membership options?
You can opt for an annual or bi-monthly option. The best value comes with an annual membership. For corporate memberships email us at hello@sipsa.com.
What is included with my membership?
Every other month you will receive a curated box containing 6x 750ml bottles of wine – either white, red, or a mix of both. We'll include tasting notes, pairing tips, plus the story behind every wine.
When does my membership renew?
When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your monthly or annual membership. Upon signing up we will inform you of your billing date.
- Bi-monthly membership: Your membership automatically renews monthly unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date. You must cancel 5 days prior to your billing date.
- Annual membership: Your membership automatically renews annually on your billing date, unless you decide to cancel before that. You must cancel 5 days prior to your billing date.
How does payment work?
When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your monthly or annual membership. Because we believe in opening up access for everyone, regardless of finances, we charge half the membership fees monthly in order for the full amount to be paid on your delivery month.
[Example: if you sign up for Sip Appreciation’s bi-monthly membership in January, you will pay R729 immediately and then in February and March you will pay R364.50 each month. Your box will be delivered in March.]*
What forms of payment do you take?
Sip accepts all major credit cards, mobicred and EFT.
Do you offer a referral program?

How do I skip a month or make changes to my membership?
Send us an email on hello@sipsa.co.za. To cancel your subscription please email us 5 days prior to the membership renew date.
WINES
How does Sip pick the wines in each box?
It’s all about discovery! We work with a panel of wine experts to help us pick out what wines should be in the Appreciation and Luxe boxes. We also base our selections on current industry news – i.e. award winning wines. Our boxes allow you to try those exclusive wines you’ve always wanted and some you’ve never heard of.
How do I order the wine I loved from the last box?
You can email us on hello@sipsa.co.za to order a specific wine.
SHIPPING
How long are Sip’s processing times?
Sip takes 2-3 business days to ship all orders. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been sent.
I missed my delivery. What do I do?
If you missed the first delivery attempt, your shipping provider will attempt to deliver your shipment two more times. Please contact the carrier directly for any special delivery instructions.
My shipment was damaged? What do i do?
Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at hello@sipsa.co.za with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement products free of charge.
